About the Owner & Coach

My name is Jarell & I am an ISSA Certified Trainer.

I was born and raised in a small town in Colorado just outside of Colorado Springs. I have loved playing sports my whole life. I have played Basketball since I was a baby. Football since I was a small kid, and it is my "best" sport. I currently play Summer Semi-Pro Football in Syracuse, NY. Have also done Wrestling, Track & Field, and played Baseball.

I am not sure who I would be if it weren't for my wife and sports.
